Terms of Service

These terms cover booking and membership at The Village at Laguna Beach, 1540 S Coast Hwy, Suite 102, Laguna Beach, CA 92651. By reserving or purchasing a spot, you agree to them.

Booking a spot

You give your name and mobile number and confirm a code we text you. There is no password or account to manage — your mobile number is your identity here.

Some gatherings are free to attend and reserved rather than purchased. Others are paid, either per visit or through a monthly membership. What applies is shown before you commit.

Free visits

New members receive three free visits, shared across all paid programming rather than three per category. A cancelled free visit returns to your allowance.

Memberships

A membership covers unlimited attendance at the gathering it applies to, billed monthly. Each category — Guided Gatherings and the Deep Work Sanctuary — includes one free month, once per person, applied to your first membership in that category.

You can cancel a membership at any time from My Events. Cancelling stops the renewal: you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and are not charged again. We do not pro-rate or refund part of a month.

Cancelling a booking

• Reservations for free gatherings can be cancelled at any time.
• Free visits can be cancelled at any time, and return to your allowance.
• Paid visits can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the gathering. The amount is added to your account as credit toward a future visit — it is not refunded to your card. Credit is applied automatically at your next checkout.

Inside 24 hours, get in touch and we will do what we can.

If we cancel

Occasionally we have to call off a night. If we do, we will let you know, and any paid spot is returned to your account as credit.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.

Behaviour in the space

The Village works because people look after it and each other. We may decline a booking, end a membership, or ask someone to leave if their conduct affects the safety or comfort of others.

Text messages

We text a verification code when you request one. If you opt in, we may also text you about gatherings you have reserved. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

Liability

You attend our gatherings and use our space at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the space or this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking in question.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above will change when we do. Continuing to book with us means accepting the current version.
